How does Starbucks Rewards work?
Register online, make a purchase, collect Stars and get rewarded. For every 10 AED you spend with us, you get 4 Stars. Every 250 Stars, you get a drink on the house. You reach Gold level by collecting 750 Stars.
Gold members get a free drink on their birthday and will enjoy exclusive tailored offers and benefits.
 
How do I sign up for Starbucks Rewards?
Simply download the STARBUCKS® UAE App directly from the App Store and register. You can also sign up online through our website.

Will My Starbucks Rewards be recognized at all Starbucks stores?
Collecting Stars and redeeming rewards is possible in participating Starbucks stores, in the country of registration.
 
Why do I have to register to join the program?
As part of the registration process, you enter your information so that we can reward you with benefits such as a free drink. Please remember that signing up requires a valid email address.
 
I am already a Starbucks Rewards member and I am having trouble with the password reset.
To reset your password, simply click on the "Forgot password" link and follow the instructions.
If you cannot see the email in your Inbox, check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your safe sender list. The link to update your password is valid for 30 minutes. Then simply log in with your registered email address and the new password. If this does not solve your problem, we will be happy to help you at [email protected]
 
I’ve collected 250 Stars. How do I get my free drink?
Once you have collected 250 Stars, scan your App while making a purchase and let your barista know that you would like to redeem your Free Drink Reward.
 
I’ve collected 250 Stars. Do I have to redeem them for a drink right away?
No. Stars are valid for 12 months from the time they are collected. 
 
How do I become a Gold member?

What do I have to do to secure my status as a Gold member?
You have to collect at least 750 Stars over the course of a year on a rolling 12-month basis.  If you do not collect 750 Stars you'll revert to Green level. 
 
750 Stars per year seems like quite a few to qualify for the Gold level. Why so many?
The more you love Starbucks, the more we want to reward you. All members receive offers which help them collect Stars faster, redeem for free drinks and get to Gold.  As a gold member you will be eligible for a free birthday drink and exclusive benefits. 
 
How long does it take to see my accumulated Stars after using the Starbucks App?
Stars collected from using the app will be available on your account within 24 hours.
 
Do I need to present my Starbucks app to take advantage of my free drink and Gold member benefits?
Yes. In order for us to issue a free drink or Gold member benefits, you have to scan your Starbucks App.
 
What if my Star balance doesn’t look right? Who do I contact?
